Burning candles require some attention and care. For best results, remember the following burn guidelines:
The Vine Candles are 100% soybean wax, a natural product; consequently, our candles are affected by natural and artificial light, and temperature variations
Due to temperature changes during shipping or indoor humidity levels, condensation on the wax may occur. Simply wipe out or allow to air dry.
Do NOT trim wick before your FIRST burn.
Trim TIP of wick when flame is excessive or when large black carbon build-up is present on wick.
Burn candle in the range of 3 – 5 hrs each time.
If there appears to be wax build-up on the sides, allow the candle to burn longer.
If the flame is high and hot or if there is a ? inch melt pool, blow the candle out and allow it to cool. It will be necessary to trim the tip of the wick before relighting if the wick has not already self-trimmed.
Avoid placing your lit candle in drafty areas; this will cause inevitable sooting.
Store candles in a cool, dry place away from light to keep your candles fresh. Products using all natural, 100% soybean wax are subject to a limited shelf life for certain fragrances.
We meticulously and regularly test and retest each fragrance for burn quality. However, the nature of 100% soybean wax is to be highly finicky to indoor humidity levels and temperature changes; all will affect the way in which the candle burns.
The Vine Candles LLC is not responsible for damage or injury due to burning our candles. Our maximum liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the product. Please burn candles under the direct supervision of an adult and never leave a burning candle unattended.
